Details from the official OTSS description.
I am always on the search for a planner. Always. And I always revert back to my little book that I just scribble in. No form or fashion – but it has worked so far. Then Tiffany from OTSS offered me a chance to check out her new 2015 planner. With the watercolor images it looks nothing like any other planner out there – I absolutely love how it is spiral bound and FITS in a purse. It is super important that I am able to throw the planner in my bag to take on-the-go. So many other planners on the market are oversize and huge – completely defeating the purpose of having a go-to place to jot notes down. This planner provides me the size and aesthetic to carry around without having to be concerned with it.
Of course the aesthetic is not as important as functionality, so let’s look at that. This planner outlines the month, then week and into the day. Perfectly sized entries to scribble notes in for the week – to keep me on task. Each month also has an “important dates” page that allows me to write out the running list of things to add into the daily events so keep me on task. Each month also has a “what I want to do” section that is perfect for jotting these extra notes that don’t necessarily fit into the standard calendar area – which has been the biggest downfall for many of the planners I have tried. They try to fit everything into little calendar sized boxes with no real “escape” into writing lists and ideas.
The only draw back for my personal taste is the inability to open the spiral and to add/subtract pages – however – I think there may be plans from OTSS to make this a printable in future. This isn’t a deal breaker though because there’s plenty of pages to fill with my ramblings and ideas!
