The Sports Team Photography Contract is designed specifically for photographers engaging in business with various sports teams, community organizations, churches, and similar entities. It encompasses the provision of both individual sports photos and group team photographs.
This agreement details all the pertinent responsibilities and policies governing the relationship between the photographer and the sports organization. This includes but is not limited to, scheduling, payment terms, and usage rights.

However, in other countries, the law may give the copyright ownership to the client and necessitate a provision for transfer.
